Annie Lennox
Annie Lennox's parents include Dorothy Farquharson and Thomas Allison Lennox. Dorothy Farquharson is her mother and Thomas Allison Lennox, father. Lennox had studied for three years at the Royal Academy of Music London in 1970s, was accepted. Her budget was supplemented by a stipend to students as well as part-time employment. Lennox decided to change her profession following her dissatisfaction with her lack of skill in comparison with other Royal Academy students. Lennox started her professional career in the year 1976 in the band Dragons Playground. She left the band before her band was invited to compete on I.T.V.'s talent competition New Faces. From 1977 to 1980, she was the main vocalist of The Tourists, a British Pop band. The band she was in, was met by Dave Stewart. Together they would form their own group, the Eurythmics the pop group. Lennox then went on to record her debut solo album Diva. It came out in 1992. This album became a huge hit, both in terms of the sales as well as the critical acclaim. Nostalgia Lennoxs 6th solo album was launched in October of 2014. The C.D. Lennox selected her favorites blues and soul from the time of her childhood. Lepidoptera is a collection of four songs that were improvised by piano, which Lennox has released in May 2019. This E.P. The singer-songwriter released her debut solo album in conjunction with her art work in the Massachusetts Museum of Contemporary Art, titled "Now I'm letting You Go."
