Lesley Ann Brandt (born December 2, 1981) is an South African model, actress and television personality. Brandt began her acting career in the New Zealand comedy Diplomatic Immunity. Then she was offered her first American performance on Spartacus: Blood and Sand as Naevia. The actress appeared in several shows in the past 10 years, including Spartacus: Gods of the Arena CSI: NY Single Ladies The Librarians as well as Spartacus: Gods of the Arena. Brandt plays Mazikeen the character of Tom Ellis Lauren German Kevin Alejandro's urban fantasy Lucifer. Brandt was born in Cape Town South Africa. In her later teens, she emigrated together with family members in Auckland New Zealand. Brandt's profession began as a model when she appeared in commercials on television and magazine ads. Before she became a renowned model, Brandt worked as a retail salesperson, and as a recruitment consultant for information technology. In 2009, she was cast in the New Zealand television sitcom called Diplomatic Immunity as Leilani. The year 2021 was the year that her first major role came in the role of Naevia the slave in Starz's Spartacus Blood and Sand. She has as well reprised her character of Naevia for the mini-series that prequels Spartacus: Gods of the Arena. Craig Parker starred alongside her in three TV shows: Diplomatic Immunity (2009), Spartacus (2010), and Legend of the Seeker (2008). In 2016, Mazikeen was cast as the bounty hunter on the popular Netflix show Lucifer. This is her biggest role to date. This show has her co-starring alongside Tom Ellis Lauren german Kevin Alejandro D. B. Woodside.
